Vulkan Engineering AS was established in 2017 by engineers with expertise in the development, construction, integration, and operation of seawater treatment modules for offshore reservoir injection.
Vulkan Engineering is a specialized engineering company within offshore filter and membrane systems. We were established by engineers with extensive experience from what was then Norway's leading environment for seawater treatment at Siemens Water Solutions.
We cover the complete spectrum: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and ongoing operational support of state-of-the-art water treatment systems. Our zero-discharge design eliminates the release of hazardous chemicals to sea. We also optimize chemical dosing across every installation to reduce environmental impact without compromising treatment performance.

Ultrafiltration (UF)
Removal of particles, bacteria, and organic material from seawater with self-cleaning membranes.
Sulfate Removal (SRU)
Prevents barium/strontium scaling and H₂S generation in the reservoir.
Deaeration (MDA)
Removes dissolved oxygen to prevent pipeline corrosion and well souring.
Chemical Packages
